Funding flows are built, not chased.

A fundraising gap is the presenting symptom. It’s rarely the actual problem.

Social sector organizations hit this wall from different directions but the solution is the same. If you are just starting out, further along, or stuck watching effort not translate into results, build the system and the funding will follow.

For one founder in Panama, that meant finally seeing the true cost of their work and developing an evidence-based strategy for revenue that would exceed those costs. For another leader in Pakistan, it meant clear funder segmentation that enabled them connect funders to causes aligned with their philanthropic goals. Different starting points, but the same underlying work.

This intensive builds that system from scratch for you, regardless of where you’re starting from.

What changes in RAISE is not your proposal. It is your organization.

Most programs teach you how to ask better. However, before we talk about funders, we talk about you and what you have already built that the world has not yet been given language to recognize.

You come in carrying the weight of what is not working. You leave knowing exactly why and what to build next. Funding stops feeling like something you chase, and instead you become someone funders find.

This is not a grant writing workshop. It is the foundational work that makes everything else land differently.

The same framework used with organizations across 40 countries.

R
Reframe

Shift from deficit thinking to a strengths-based diagnostic. The real blocker is rarely what you think it is.

A
Assess

A structured, sector-benchmarked capacity diagnostic. Where your organization actually sits, not where you assume.

I
Illuminate

Case for support and story architecture. Rebuild your narrative around evidence and strength, not need.

S
Strategize

Funder landscape mapping specific to your sub-sector and geography. A realistic 90-day roadmap built for your context.

E
Engage

The mechanics of the ask, the follow-up cadence, and the funder conversation most organizations don’t know how to have.

A program built around real accountability.

Inside RAISE, a guest funder joins your cohort on Day 1 after you have rebuilt your narrative and tells you what they actually hear.

Before Day 1
The Diagnostic

You complete a structured diagnostic before the intensive begins. This means you arrive already seen in terms of your strengths, gaps, and context.

Day 1
Oct 20
Roots

Day 1 starts with the mindset work, shifting from deficit thinking to a strengths-based understanding of what you have built. You rebuild your narrative from your actual strengths instead of your perceived gaps. The day closes with an exclusive listening session, featuring a guest funder who offers immediate feedback on spotlighted narratives.

Day 2
Oct 21
The Build

Day 2 gets tactical. Funder landscape mapping specific to your sub-sector and geography. The mechanics of the ask, the follow-up cadence, and the funder conversation most organizations never know how to have. You leave with a roadmap, tailored pipeline, and a ready-to-use toolkit.

Week 2
Async
Structured Reinforcement

A structured worksheet that tracks your progress against the roadmap. Peer pod check-in with the small group of organizations you have been working alongside.

Week 4
Live Call
Group Coaching

90 minutes of real-time troubleshooting. Timed deliberately so that you are working through real applications and funder conversations with support from the RAISE community.

Ten organizations. Every session shaped around yours.

RAISE is for you if
  • You lead a social impact organization in Africa, Asia, Latin America, or any frontier market where fundraising infrastructure has never been systematically built for you
  • You have been doing the work but the funding picture has not matched the quality of what you are building
  • You are ready to build something that fundamentally changes how your organization operates and how funders see you
  • You can commit to both intensive days and the full program arc
RAISE is not for you if
  • You are looking for a grant writing course or a template to copy
  • You do not want hands-on practical experience on raising funds the right way
  • You cannot commit to showing up fully for both days

From the organizations who have worked with us.

“Oluwagbemibori is an absolute dream to work with. She is a brilliant strategist, thought partner, and facilitator with deep expertise in nonprofit strategy, fundraising, and financial sustainability.”

Reena Gupta — Senior Program Officer, Panorama Global USA

“Your mentorship has provided a lot of insights to our team. It is exciting to see our fundraising becoming more and more specific with donor categories, and to see donors responding to this.”

Dr. Sana Ajmal — Executive Director, Meethi Zindagi, Pakistan

“Out of four proposals we submitted this year, we secured two. We are already on track to submit eight by the end of July!”

Eunice Asante — Finance Manager, Ark Development Organization, Ghana

“Thank you for that session. I realized that we are missing a lot as a small organization. We have learned how to define the problem, then go to the solution, and then the impact before the ask.”

Dr. Martha Kamwiyo — Acting Executive Director, ADRA, Malawi

Designed by someone who has been in both rooms.

Founder and Principal Advisor, Boundless Gem Advisory

I did not launch this advisory firm from a comfortable distance. I built it from inside the same ecosystem my clients are navigating across 40+ countries, where the infrastructure most global funding systems assume you have was never built for our context.

I have also spent years in two very different rooms, as a grant-maker and as a social sector leader. I have been trusted by both sides, which is why I know exactly where the gap lives and how to close it.

Questions people ask.

No. Fundraising is the presenting symptom for most organizations. RAISE addresses the organizational infrastructure underneath it (systems, positioning, narrative clarity, and strategic direction). Fundraising becomes easier when these are in place, but RAISE is not a fundraising course.

If you have an active initiative and some community presence, yes.

Both days are essential to the program. If you know in advance you cannot make both days in October, this cohort is not the right fit.

Yes! The live sessions will be recorded so registered participants can revisit them. That said, the value of RAISE lives primarily in the room itself (the real-time diagnostic work, peer feedback, and live coaching).

RAISE is a complete program in itself that will yield results if followed intentionally. The Week 4 coaching call closes out the formal arc, but if you complete RAISE and still want to explore what deeper ongoing support could look like for your organization, that conversation is available but it is never assumed or pushed.
